In addition to being a successful Realtor, Aric is a proud member, participant and sponsor of numerous charitable organizations within the local community. Aric has been on the Board of Directors of the Judeo-Christian Outreach Center Emergency Shelter and Foodbank in Virginia Beach since July 2010. Coach Aric also freely contributes his time for New Energy P.O.W.E.R., which is a running and fitness program for special needs children. The new season starts in March 2015, and Aric will be the Head Coach of the weekly meet ups at St. Mary's Home for Disabled Children in Norfolk. Recognized for his generous contributions and athletic abilities, Aric has been asked to join the Board of LIFT, which is a running and fitness program for the homeless. Aric assisted in the launch of the program in January 2014. Aric has also been nominated to be a Board Member of the Tidewater Autism Society. As if that is not enough, Aric also pushes for Team Hoyt, which provides racing chairs to push special needs children and adults in road races. Aric’s next race will be the Marine Corps Marathon in October of 2015. An endeavor that is close to his heart, Aric performs multiple fundraisers for One More Round to raise money for the MS Society, as he will be running the Boston Marathon in April 2015 with one of his best friends who has MS. Their goal is to raise $5,000 and they are half way there. When he is not helping others on their journey to home-ownership, Aric enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs at First Landing State Park or the Oceanfront, which are a few of the amazing places he feels this area has to offer.
