2006, Company Founded – Arcco, Inc dba Avalar Realty owned and operated by Tony Creed.
2007, Mia Roberson hired as Managing Broker.
2009, Franchise Avalar Realty was dissolved, and started up as Creed Realty – an Agent Owned Real Estate Company.
Creed’s history has been fruitful since opening the doors in 2006.  This company has weathered the economic storms in the real estate market and has met each challenge head on.  Despite the rigors of the market we have grown from six agents in 2006 to 34 agents in beginning of 2013.  The outlook for dynamic growth in the future is extremely bright!
The experience of our agents is unique.   Ninety percent of the Creed Agents have more than 5 years of real estate experience.  Twenty five percent of our agents are associate brokers, and 3 agents are State Certified Board Instructors. To continue the success of a Creed Agent, 95% of our agents are “producing” agents.  Creed definitely impacts the real estate market, ranking number 44 out of 247 offices in the Hampton Roads area.
There is a multitude of reasons for the success of Creed, but most obvious is the way we conduct our day to day business.

  • Our mission statement truly sets the tone for how we conduct business and it reads… “We Exist to Serve”.
  • Our company name… Creed is defined as “a set of beliefs or Principles” and we take a great deal of pride in our slogan… Client Focused – Agent Owned.
  • And every decision we make is based on our Value System:

Integrity – Character before commission. The sale is about the client, not the commission.
Unity – Teamwork, Mentorship and Partnerships. An organization/business divided will not stand.
Freedom – To much is given, much is expected.
